The first of Gothic Series developed by an other company than Piranha Bytes,Arcania:Gothic 4 was developed by Spellbound and released by JoWood Entertainment on October 12,2010.
In Gothic 4 the main character of Gothic Series known like Nameless Hero is changed.The protagonist of Gothic 4 is a shepherd which returns form an adventure to find his home town pillaged and looted and now he seek revenge.
The gameplay is similar to Gothic 3 but the campaign is less longer.I just finished the game 2 days a ago and I really enjoyed it.The graphics are improved and the game require a very performance PC.

But in my opinion is the worse game of Gothic Series.
